SUIT INVENTORY: Yswimwear stocks and ships suits from the USA. Sizes Sm and Md are the most popular sizes and the most inventoried. Sizes XS are always carried, when available. Sizes Lg and XL are carried on most of the styles, and are always available on back order. Sizes XL - 2/3XL are carried in some styles, and can be special ordered. Please do not hesitate to contact us, and we may even have it already. Suits arrive from manufacturer monthly, so chances are that if it's not on our shelf, it's on its way. But sometimes suits are not available at source and it is our policy to import the suits that are available. We will contact You if the suit size You ordered is not immediately available, and will either exchange for another size, another color or style, or refund, according to Your preference.

                    About the Suits:

Using nanotechnology, Yingfa has produced some of the most advanced fabrics in the swim world. (Note: Fabric is not paper thin.) Suits are designed for a long life span and comfort.

                    • Waterproof: Fabric pores 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water, yet 700 times larger than a water vapor droplet (perspiration), making the suit “breathable”. Swimmers remain dry for better water positioning and divers just emerge dry!

                    • Water Resistant: Based on microscopic boomerang fabric that traps air bubbles, giving it more buoyancy, drag-reducing and fast propulsion qualities (sharkskin).

                    • Water Tight: Competitive Racing Suits, high performance, increased water-flow, reduced drag. Top quality (aqua skin).

CARE: Despite the advances in fiber technology chlorine will eventually deteriorate fabrics. Yingfa recommends to rinse suit in COLD water prior to its first pool use. DO NOT machine wash. DO Rinse and air dry after pool wear to extend life of wear. AVOID scraping suit against pool deck and wall surfaces. Extensive time spent in hot tubs may decrease the suit durability.

                    Support
                    • Suits for both training and racing provide support through compression.
                    • Female racing suits do not include any kind of bra or bust support. A tight fit across the chest creates a more streamlined silhouette for the swimmer, reducing drag and increasing glide times.
                    Lining
                    • Top-level competition wear is not lined, since reducing drag is a priority.  FINA APPROVED SUITS must be unlined. FINA recommends removing sanitary panel for FINA competition.
                    • Sportz and Yingfa suits are not lined. Custom Suits with lining are available upon Special Order.
                    Styling
                    • Sportz and Yingfa styles are basically the same and will have similar fit.  Some variation in sizes may occur, based on the fabric used for that particular style. I.E., "Flier" suit material has long vertical stretch, so it starts in size XXS. You may want to get a smaller size than normal in this model.
                    Fabrication
                    • Although there are many hybrid fabrics for racing/high performance swimming available, most Yingfa & Sportz wear are done in blends of polyester/lycra. (Lycra is a specific brand of spandex made by DuPont.)
                    • Aqua skin suits are a blend of 82% polyester & 18% Lycra.
                    • Sharkskin suits are 81% polyester and 19% Lycra.
                    • Improvements in fiber engineering have resulted in materials that are more resistant to chlorine than ever. Suits for racing/high performance swimming typically use these more durable versions of nylon and spandex.

                    FIT
                    • For lap swimming and training your suit should provide comfort and freedom of movement, plus coverage and support.
                    • Fit should be snug but not tight. A good fit will stay in place during vigorous movement, but not pinch, bind or ride up.
                    • One to two inch strap  (insert 2 - 4 fingers) stretch from shoulders on female suits.
                    When To Replace Your Suit
Despite the advances in fiber technology, chlorine will eventually deteriorate fabrics. When your suit begins to bag or feels looser than when it was new, it is time to replace it.
